As a general policy the cooperative is actively involved in the development of
employment in Reunion through its own activities and the activities of its members,
its service providers, its suppliers, its partners…
The development of the cooperative has allowed it to go from 10 to 150 employees
between 1984 and 2005.
The cooperative is permanently recruiting for its different points of sale. The setting up of a new activity in 2006 will require the recruitment of 26 additional employees (in course).
The cooperative is also committed to the training of the young and continuing education.
• Training the young: a professionalization contract for the administrative
outlets (accounting, management…).
• Continuing education: at the administrative outlets (in accounting, management…)
and at the Gamm Vert stores, but also in the areas of mechanics and engineering
to enable our technicians to adapt their area of expertise to a wider field of solutions
(in the face of increasing demand for "solutions" from our clients).
